The main health problem currently facing Indonesia is child health. One of the important indicators of child health
is their survival from birth to toddlerhood. One of the efforts made to reduce infant mortality is by implementing
complete basic immunization in general. The purpose of this study is to analyze the complete basic immunization
program at the Kulawi Community Health Center and specifically, namely how to analyze the SOP,
Communication, attitudes, resources towards the complete basic immunization program. The type of research
method used is qualitative with a descriptive research design in order to obtain complete data through the process
of observation, interviews and documentation using informants from the head of the community health center,
program holders, village midwives, Posyandu cadres and mothers who bring their children to be immunized. The
results of this study indicate that the failure to achieve complete basic immunization at the Kulawi Community
Health Center is due to SOPs that have not been running well while communication is not optimal, which also
funds have not supported properly so that it is hampered by human resources which results in the disposition /
attitude of officers having difficulty reaching communities that have long distances. Therefore, this study
recommends increasing public understanding of the importance of complete basic immunization, training officers
as trusted sources of information in the community, and involving community leaders to ensure the program is
better received. It is also hoped that the results of this study will serve as a reference for community health centers
(Puskesmas) in monitoring and evaluating future immunization program improvements.
