Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis and is spread

working area ofBiromaru Community Health Center, Sigi Regency. This study aims to identify the factors that
influence the medication adherence of TB patients in the area. This study used a quantitative method with a cross
sectional design. A total of 36 TB patients who had been on treatmentfor at least 3 months were included as
research subjects using convenience sampling. The results ofdata analysis using chi-squared test showed a pvalue
for the variables of knowledge (p = 0.501), trust in health workers (p = 0.003), and customs (p 0.000). In
conclusion, this study shows that trust in health workers and custom have a significant relationship with
medication adherence in TB patients, while knowledge did not show a significant relationship. In this case, the
Biromaru Community Health Center is expected to maximize health promotion and prevention efforts by
disseminating health information that is easily accessible to the community, both directly (e.g., through posters
