Labor pain is a combination of objective components consisting of the physiological sensory aspects of pain and
subjective components that are emotional and psychological aspects, if the pain is not treated, can result in various
negative effects that have the potential to harm the mother and the fetus. One of the treatments to reduce pain is
combination therapy of L14 Point Acupressure and Lavender Aromatherapy because it stimulates the body to release
the hormone Endhorpin which can make the mother feel comfortable. The purpose of this scientific paper is to analyze
the reduction in pain and duration of labor before and after L14 Point Acupressure Combination Therapy and
Lavender Aromatherapy. The method used for this case study consisted of 5 Respondents of maternity mothers during
the 1st active phase of opening 4-5 physiological childbirth with the intervention carried out, namely the application
of combination therapy of L14 Point Acupressure and Lavender Aromatherapy which before and after the pain scale
was measured with a VARS (Visual Analog Rating Scale) pain instrument. The results showed that the average pain
experienced by respondents before Nursing was 4.4 and after Nursing was 3.4. The effect of giving combination
therapy of L14 Point Acupressure and Lavender Aromatherapy can reduce pain in maternity mothers by 1 point and
it was found that the average length of labor in the 2nd of 5 Respondents was 33 minutes.
