A Case Study On The Provision Of Moringa Leaf Cookies For ToddlersWith Nutritional Deficiency

Early childhood is a period for the growth and development of toddlerd, which can significantly incluence their future development. One of the most common problems encountered during this stage is malnutrion . One of the contributing factors to malnutrion is the provision of inadeguate natritional intake. The nutritional content of moringa leaves, along with nutrigenomics and molecular biology, can be untilized to address malnution in toddlers. Therefore, moringa leaf powder is used in the production of moringa cookies. For instance, at Mandiraja 1 Public Health center in june 2024, there were 98 toddlers experiencing malnutrition. The purpose of this case study is to assess the use of moringa cookies as an effort to improve the natritional status of malnourished toddlers at Mandiraja 1 Health Center in Banjarnegara. Moringa cookies were given for 7 days, with 4 cookied provided each day, more cookies were provided as a stock until day seven. On the seventh day, The toddlerd’weight was measured. The results showed that the children experienced an average weight gain of 0.4 ounces. Therefore, the administration of moringa cookies can be considered a potential invertion to increase body weight in malnourished toddlers.
