In 2022, the number of toddlers experiencing stunting in Indonesia was recorded at 15,798,153 people with a prevalence rate of 21.6%. This figure is quite high, and stunting can be a serious threat to future generations. The government has made various efforts to deal with stunting, one of which is through the Additional Feeding Program (PMT) for toddlers. Currently, baby food containing pumpkin is considered to provide benefits in overcoming stunting in infants. The use of pumpkin has also been implemented in Sigi Regency, as one of the sub-districts with the highest prevalence of stunting in the region, which is 35%. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of developing a diet culture through the provision of pumpkin products in the form of fortification as a solution to handling stunting in toddlers. This study used a quasi-experimental research design, with a sample of 50 stunted toddlers divided into two groups: 25 people in the treatment group and 25 people in the non-treatment group. The results showed that the height of toddlers increased after being given the development of a diet culture by providing pumpkin products through fortification. On average, the height of toddlers increased by 2.9 cm. Based on the results of the paired sample t-test, a significance value of 0.003 <0.05 was obtained, which indicates the effectiveness of developing a dietary culture by providing pumpkin products through fortification in handling stunted toddlers in the Biromaru Health Center Work Area.
