SUPPLY CHAIN FOR 3 KILOGRAMS PERTAMINA LPG GAS CYLINDERS AT THE BULK LPG FILLING AND TRANSPORTATION STATION (SPPBE) PT, MUHSANS PUTRA ARBA MANDIRI DONGGALA REGENCY – CENTRAL SULAWESI

Abstract

This study aims to determine to find a model and analyze the 3 kilograms Pertamina LPG gas supply chain at PT. 
Muhsans Putra Arba Mandiri. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. This research was conducted in Loli 
Oge, Banawa District. Donggala Regency. regarding the 3 Kilogram Pertamina Gas Cylinder Supply Chain at 
the Filling and Transportation Station of LPG Bulk (SPPBE) PT. Muhsans Putra Arba Mandiri Donggala Regency - Central Sulawesi with 26 respondents. Then the sample is taken based on the purposive sampling method. Data 
collection was carried out by going directly to the field by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method 
used is Nvivo 11 software. The results of the study found the supply chain of 3 kilogram LPG gas cylinders at 
Pertamina SPPBE PT. Muhsans Putra Arba Mandiri which starts from the Inbound route to the Outbound route 
which is legal and illegal. Which is where the Inbound path starts from Material - LPG Supply - LPG Gas - Agan - SPPBE. And the legal route from Outbound is starting from SPPBE - Agent - Base - Customer. and Outboun 
there are 2 routes, namely: SPPBE - Agent - Base - Retailer - Consumer. SPPBE - Agent - Base - Retailer 1 - 
Retailer 2 – Consumer
