SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYSIS OF SUPER AFIFAH TOFU IN NUNU VILLAGE, TATANGA DISTRICT, PALU CITY

Abstract

This research intends to analyze supply chain activities occurs at the Tahu Super Afifah company located in Nunu 
Village, Tatanga District, Palu City. The paradigm in this research was constructivism paradigm and used a 
qualitative descriptive approach. This research was conducted at the Tahu Super Afifah Company located in Nunu 
Village, Tatanga District, Palu City with 8 informants. The data analysis method used was triangulation technique 
and the analytical tool used was NVivo 12 Plus software. The results of this research indicates that supply chain 
activities at the Tahu Super Afifah company cannot be separated from 5 main parts, namely suppliers, 
manufactures, distribution, retail outlets, and customers, each of which has an important role in inbound, 
conversation operations and outbound channels.
