This study aims to determine the relationship between incentives and employee morale at PT. Samasagung Tunggal Perkasa, Palu Branch. Using an explanatory research approach, the sample size was 51 employees at PT. Samasagung Tunggal Perkasa, Palu Branch. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire. The results of calculations using the non-parametric Spearman rank correlation (rs) showed a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.664 at a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, indicating a significant relationship. The greater the incentives provided, the more enthusiastic the employees at PT. Samasagung Tunggal Perkasa, Palu Branch, will be. The analysis shows a strong relationship between incentives and employee morale at PT. Samasagung Tunggal Perkasa, Palu Branch. The coefficient value is in the range of 0.600-0.799, indicating a strong relationship.
