Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of organisational culture and workload on employee job satisfaction in start-up companies in the city of Palu. In an era of rapid start-up growth, understanding the factors that influence employee job satisfaction is crucial for enhancing productivity and retention. The research method used was a survey with quantitative data analysis to determine the relationship between the variables of organisational culture and workload with job satisfaction. The results are expected to provide an in-depth insight into how a positive organisational culture and balanced workload management can enhance employee job satisfaction. These findings are expected to benefit the management of start-up companies by enabling them to design more effective policies that create a satisfying and productive work environment. This research also contributes to management literature by providing a new perspective within a specific local context.
